Beechdale is situated to the north west of Walsall town centre, in the West Midlands. We are bordered by the M6 motorway to the west and the Wyrley and Essington Canal to the east and are surrounded on three sides by light industrial/business units and large retail facilities at a local retail park.

There is a strong sense of community in Beechdale with a large number of families having lived in the area since it was built. There are some 2,175 dwellings in total, of which 1,245 are currently owned by Beechdale Community Housing.
Beechdale Housing is an active partner within the North Walsall Area Partnership and as such works with other agencies and partners to ensure the best services are delivered to its residents. Key partners within this partnership are with Walsall Council, Walsall Housing Group and West Midlands Police.
We are proud of having an excellent working relationship with the Leamore Neighbourhood Police Team and work jointly with them in order to tackle all elements of anti-social behaviour. Other aspects of joint working include police surgeries at Beechdale Community Housing office, joint Estate Walkabouts, joint resident meetings, action plans and regular attendance at Beechdale Estate Environmental Society.
