Ever thought about developing some new skills?

Would you like to be involved in some Mystery Shopping?

Want to raise the standard of housing services that you receive?

And the bonus is – you are rewarded with £20 of shopping vouchers!

We are seeking some keen and ‘eager’ residents to help us improve our services. We want you to ‘Mystery Shop’ us and find out what we do well and what we could improve. All from how you see it as a customer.

The sort of things that you could do may include:

      Ø Ringing us up and testing our telephone standards
      
Ø Writing to us or emailing us and seeing if we get back to you fully 
      
Ø Asking other tenants about their experience of the repairs service
      
Ø Checking to see if our staff are able to answer any queries you may have

You will receive £20 worth of shopping vouchers as a thank you for your time when you carry out any audits as well as any expenses for child or dependency care, telephone calls, etc.

As well as meeting new people, you will learn some new skills and find out about how we do things. You will help to improve our services for everyone, so you really will make a difference.
