Meet Our Operations Team
 
 
 Alison Cotton is our Head of Neighbourhod Services: 
Alison is head of Neighbourhood Services and ensures that policies and procedures are worked to and manages performance directly. She works closely with partner agencies to make sure that opportunities and needs of Beechdale customers are represented.  Alison actively developed our approach to resident involvement and tenant auditing.  She regularly undertakes and arranges training for tenants and staff, notably in Customer Service and Complaints handling.

Nick Woods
is our North Team Leader:
 
Nick manages the day to day functions of the operations team, including lettings, tenancy management, reception duties and complaints. 
 
He has a high focus in delivering good customer care and motivating team performance and works closely with residents to improve services.

Yvonne Miller and Sonny Dhami 
are our Neighbourhood Officers:

They deal with reported issues of anti-social behaviour and provides tenancy support relating to tenancy changes and queries, mutual exchanges and estate walkabouts. 
They have a high focus in delivering excellent customer care and is trained in supporting victims of domestic abuse and other crimes. They  actively promote and encourage resident involvement across    Beechdale and works
closely with tenants and other agencies, such as the Police and environmental Health, to improve services.

 Sarah Lowe is our Lettings Officer: 

Sarah is responsible for letting our empty homes to tenants and makes sure that these tenants move into their new homes comfortably. She works closely with other agencies, such as Walsall Council’s Homeless team and Adapted Housing Service and provides support to new tenants for the first few months of their tenancy. Sarah is trained to support victims of domestic abuse and actively promotes resident involvement to customers

John Holloway is our Neighbourhood Impact Assistant: 

John manages our estate services, such as grounds maintenance, communal cleaning and garage sites. John also helps to settle tenants into their new homes by showing them how to work the facilities, such as central heating and meters.   John has a high focus in resident involvement and works closely with residents who help him carry out estate inspections and improve services.

Alison Jones
is our Asset Management Assistant:

Alison ensures that repairs are completed in time and that customers are happy with the works carried out.  She also keeps our property records up to date and liaises closely with our contractor, Morrison.   Alison also arranges for tenants to receive their annual gas safety inspection in their homes.

Natalie Davis and Shumana Khanam
are our  Customer Services Assistants: 
 
They will greet you in reception and is trained across our services with an aim to deal with enquiries in the first instance. They have a high focus in customer care and aim to deliver excellent services at all times. They also manage the housing waiting list and will meet new applicants to make sure
   they understand our process.
