DUTY OFFICER SERVICE
On occasion you may have an enquiry where you need specialist advice from a member of staff whose job is dedicated to dealing with such. We have officers who are experienced and trained in tenancy matters, anti-social behaviour, rent arrears, welfare benefits, lettings, etc and these officers take it in turns to be available on a daily basis to help you – they are known as our Duty Officers.

When you come to see us, you will probably see one of our Customer Services Officers who are based in reception. In most instances they will be able to deal with your enquiry. However, they can as necessary refer you to see the Duty Officer there and then without you having to make an appointment to come back. We aim to deal with your enquiry at your first point of contact and our Duty Officer Service helps to do just that.
