Change to payment services at Beechdale office
We have made some changes to the payment services available at our office.
Following a survey of residents about our services, our office does not take payments after 12.00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.This will allow our staff to work on various initiatives to improve the estate and our services.
Our office remains open for all other enquiries
On the 24th September 2011 our office will no longer take payments for third party organisations such as Walsall Council Sundry Debt, and Credit Union. Please ask us about alternative payments arrangements.
We are looking at introducing the option for tenants to pay rent and service charges via Paypoint card, which can be used at various shops as well as our office.
